The minimum of theoretical knowledge in the process of business communication – essence, importance, forms and elements of firms, organizational and corporate culture are pointed out. The main points of study – values, rituals and ceremonies, the team requirements, the principles of business communications, communication strategies, verbal, non-verbal and epistolary communications are outlined. The essence of conception for PR are presented. The main approaches for PR – system, intuitive and creative are presented. The process of PR planning are pointed out – incl. PR goals formulation, company PR strategy, methods and resources choice – information platforms and channels. The special attention on the questions of approaches, methods in connections with print and electronic media, with partners and distributors, and on PR assessment process.
