Bilyana Boyanova Grigorova-Pesheva – Chief Assistant Professor, PhD
Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Ecology and Environmental Protection in University of Forestry, Sofia, in 2011. Master's degree in Urban Ecology graduated in 2017. She is a member of the Standing Committee on Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Computing at NEAA since 2018, and since 2020 she is an assistant professor in the Department of Soil Science at the University of Forestry. Carrying out lab practice in Microbiology and Soil science. The main scientific directions in her research are the study of the microbiological status of forest soils, the influence of environmental factors on soil biogenicity, soil as a medium for the development of microbial communities, soil types and their biogenicity.Main directions of scientific interests:
- Soil microbiology - soil biogenicity, microbiological status;;
- Soil science - soil as an environment for the development of microbial communities;
