Aims and Objectives: The course aims to broaden and deepen M.Sc. students' knowledge in the field of forest transport operation and management. The tasks of the course are to form a thorough knowledge in transport processes, productive capabilities and decision making in the field of forest transport technics.

Contents: General aspects of the transport mobility and operation in forestry. Energetic theory of productivity. Analysis of forest transport. Exploitation of tractors, cable yarders and timber trucks.
